- Computer Technician - Microsoft Certified at least 3 years Experience
- Computer Technician – MCP or higher w/Experience
- Help Desk Technician – experienced with A+, MCP certifications
Some of the skills we are looking for:
- Windows Server 2003 and higher, W2K8 including HyperV
- MS Exchange 2010/2007/2003 including Spam prevention
- Active Directory Configuration and Troubleshooting
- Installation/Troubleshooting IIS 5.0 and higher
- Symantec-specific software products
- Client/Server Anti-Virus solutions
- Other Server Backup & Disaster Recovery Appliance Solutions
- Server Migration and Conversions
- TCP/IP and Network services such as DNS, DHCP, etc.
- Installation / Troubleshooting Routers
- VPN and Firewall Configurations
- Troubleshoot and resolve server hardware issues
- Ability to install various 3rd party products in a server environment
- Troubleshoot client-side issues such as SMTP, virus and spyware/malware
- Phone skills for occasional support of remote issues
- Construct and configure hardware components for server and workstation builds
Industry Certifications
- MCITP
- MCTS
- MCSE, MCSA (legacy)
- CCNA desired
