Help Desk Support Staff
We are seeking a Help Desk Support technician to join our team. Top notch customer service skills are required as well as the ability to perform problem recognition, research, isolation and resolution steps. You must be able to resolve less complex problems, on the phone, immediately, while more complex problems may be referred to second level support or higher. You will fully log all requests for IT service into CRM system, escalate request if required, and manage all requests to closure. You will field requests for technology service; and will resolve all service requests in the areas of MS-Office 2000, Windows 2000, Windows XP, printers, copiers, and PDA's. You must have one to three years experience in delivering Help Desk support on the phone and/or in person. A+, Network+, MCP Certifications are a plus.
KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong MS Office (97 and 2000)
- Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows 98
- Connectivity Issues: Printing / Network / PDA, etc.
- Combination of desk side and phone support for two to four years
- Remote connectivity experience (PC Anywhere, Remote Desktop, etc.).
