24/7/365: We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We understand that as a small business owner, or manager, you are always conducting business. We are here for you, whenever you need us.

Fixed Stop /Rollover Plans: In addition to our monthly service plans, you can opt to have one of our MCSE technicians visit your location on a regularly scheduled basis. This ensures that all of your day-to-day technology tasks are being complete by a technician that knows your environment and understands your business. Unused hours are saved and can be used at a later date.

ASP™: Today, more and more IT companies are pushing a new support model called MSP or Managed Service Provider. The goal of this model is to leverage a tool called RMM or Remote Monitoring & Management to automate tasks that are traditionally performed by support technicians. Tasks such as software updates, asset management, and software deployment. The problem is that MSPs charge their clients anywhere from $75 to $200/mo. per computer or server for access to this tool. The truth is, it costs the MSP pennies per month for this tool and it does most of the work.

TAB is not an MSP, we are an ASP™ or Actual Service Provider. We provide the SAME RMM tool to our clients for FREE. We have found that our clients need their IT support company to actually work for them. Our plans include service hours that can be used for all IT-related needs including installations and projects.  You can also use your service hours to manage and support your Allworx VoIP phone system.

NETWORK MONITORING

From servers to workstations, we monitor what matters most. Our monitoring system checks for any event that can be analyzed and cataloged. This helps us mitigate hardware failures and solve issues before they happen. Our monitoring also alerts us of potential security risks on each of your workstations. IN-HOUSE SUPPORT

Our monthly service plans include access to all of our in-house help desk support. We have three levels of support to handle all types of computer or software issues. Our Microsoft Gold Certified and experienced in-house support staff can remotely handle simple tasks to complicated hardware configurations. Put our team to work for you!

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

TAB does not charge for vCIO, IT consulting, or network design services. Our technology solutions department is not commissioned to sell you anything. Their goal is to meet or exceed the technology needs of your business and improve or upgrade your IT systems to your complete satisfaction.

Once you have approved our proposed IT solution or project you will be assigned a dedicated project coordinator, a dedicated certified engineer, and a dedicated customer support representative to implement it.

The project is scheduled, vetted, monitored, and Q/C’d once complete by a second certified engineer. You receive a satisfaction survey to provide feedback on the project. This feedback is very valuable to us and we encourage all clients to complete it.
